    Shipping Policy

    All orders are processed within 5 business days. During the warmer months (May-August) we only ship on Tuesday's and Thursday's as we make your order fresh and ship it the same day it is made.

    Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Once a package is delivered to USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package, unless you can prove that it is our fault a package is damaged in transit.

    If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

    Return Policy

    We are committed to our customers and stand behind our products 100%. If you received a damaged package, please take a picture to send to us. We will always make a problem as right as we can. Email us at info@tcelderberry.com and we will work it out.
