Our syrups are made weekly in small batches. We do not hot pour, can or pasteurize our syrups to ensure that you are getting the numerous benefits that are associated with raw honey. We cool our liquids before adding in the honey. Because we do not can our syrups, they do require refrigeration. They are shelf stable up to 2 weeks, which gives them plenty of time to be shipped. When they arrive to you, simply place them in the refrigerator. Unopened bottles stored in the fridge will last up to 4 months. Once opened, they need to be consumed within 2 months.
Ingredients: organic dried elderberries, filtered water, local raw honey, organic ginger, organic cinnamon and organic cloves.
Suggested use:
Ages 1 to 2: take 1 to 2 tsp daily
For additional support: take every 3-4 hours.
Ages 3 & up: Take 1 tbsp daily
For additional support: take every 3-4 hours.
Keep Refrigerated - Shake well as the spices settle on the bottom.
