Shipping Policy

All orders are made to order and processed within 5 business days. During the warmer months (May-August) we only ship on Tuesday's and Thursday's as we make your order fresh and ship it the same day it is made. We ship Monday-Thursday during our busier cold months.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Once a package is delivered to USPS, we are no longer responsible for your package, unless you can prove that it is our fault a package is damaged in transit.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Return Policy

We are committed to our customers and stand behind our products 100%. If you received a damaged package, please take a picture to send to us. We will always make a problem as right as we can. Email us at info@tcelderberry.com and we will work it out.
